Our reFIT gym & studio at 100 Wood Street transformed a vacant ground-floor retail unit and lower-ground facilities into a fully automated wellness space. Designed for seamless access and on-demand workouts, it offers a modern, technology-driven experience for tenants to use for free.
Creating a Bespoke Facility
Dynamic lighting and large LED screens enhance the training environment. The space features custom lightboxes and fully bespoke dumbbells, alongside a white-labelled app dedicated solely to the building’s occupants.
Balancing Performance with Practicality
Acoustic measures minimise noise disruption to the offices above. Limewash feature walls provide a clean, sustainable finish. The project delivers a high-quality wellness space that integrates effortlessly into the workplace.
